This Community Health Services Support Project is carried out from the financial support of Red Charity and Government of Nepal/Palungtar Municipality. The implementation work at community level is done by Chay Ya Nepal in collaboration with Palungtar Community Health Center Management Committee. This project will provide Eight (8) rooms building using Earth Bricks.
In ongoing construction of Palungtar Community Health Center, foundation work was completed, with soling of footing section and above it PCC, also lower and upper tie beams construction connecting to all footing section of the building was completed. The plinth brick wall was raised in between upper and lower tie beams, and plinth casting was completed. The curing of plinth section was regularly carried out for more than 15 days.
The underground concrete water tank was constructed raising from lower tie beam up to upper tie beam of the building at plinth level for the storage of water supply for the health center.
At present, the columns of the building are being raised, and concrete column casting will be carried out along with wall construction and fittings of windows and doors frames.
