Chay Ya Nepal offers free mobile health camps. In remote mountain villages of Nepal medical services are limited. People have to walks 5-7 hours to see the next medical staff. Chay Ya team along with its local NGO partners have conducted several Free Health Camp in Gorkha, Rasuwa and Dolpa Districts. This health camp benefited people lacking basic health care facilities and medicines. Since 2012, team of doctors and nurses yearly visits the villages of Gorkha. Mules carry necessary medicines needed for the camp. We have to walk for several days to reach the villages with aid supplies like medicine, water filters, school materials and warm clothing for the children.
Every year around 700-800 patients receive medical care through Chay Ya.
